Niagara College will host its seventh annual Community Services Fair on Wednesday, Sept. 15, at the Welland Campus.
The College will welcome friendly and knowledgeable representatives from over 25 agencies to answer questions about the Welland community. Agencies include the City of Welland, Niagara Regional Police Services, Niagara Region Public Health, Job Gym, Niagara Recycling, Landlord and Tenant Board, Credit Counselling of Niagara, Canadian Corps Commissionaires and Community Addiction Services. The event will feature displays, games, draws, prizes and more.
The Community Services Fair was created to give students who are new to the Welland area the opportunity to meet community partners and learn about the many support services available, as well as local bylaws and expectations for safe and happy off-campus living.
